What the service does

The calculators divide expenses and suggest reimbursements using the amounts and sharing rules you enter. They do not transfer money, collect debts, hold funds, or decide what arrangement is fair for your group. Marking a payment as paid is a record only; confirm that the payment happened separately.

Check your results

You are responsible for entering correct amounts, choosing the right currency, and agreeing on shares with the other people involved. Check inputs and results before making payments. Different currencies are calculated separately, with no exchange-rate conversion. The site provides calculation assistance, not financial, tax, or legal advice.

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s information. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass its protections, or use it to deceive others. Only enter or share information you are entitled to use.

Your data and backups

Group data is processed in your browser. Temporary drafts and optional device saving are not a backup service. Browser settings, clearing data, or device loss can remove your records. Export a backup if you need a lasting copy, keep it private, and review our Privacy Policy. We cannot recover records that exist only on your device.

Availability and limitations

We aim to provide useful calculations, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will be free of errors. Features may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose.
